Terms of Service
Each order you place is a legally enforceable contract. If you do not pickup your order, you are still obligated to pay for the items you order.
Our goal is to provide the highest quality produce, and we expect our producers to deliver market-grade products. The customer understands that since our farmers do not use chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides, fruits and vegetables may not always look "perfect".
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of any product you purchase through the Market, we will be happy to replace it or provide an alternative item of the same value. We are unable to refund any item purchased with HIP, WIC or Senior FMNP Coupons. Refunds are not available for any farm shares that are not picked up that week. If you cannot pickup your share, please notify the market manager and designate someone else to pick it up for you.
Limitation of Liability
The Hilltown Mobile Market shall not be held responsible for any illness or injury occurring while shopping at the market or from consuming products purchased at the market.
