Terms of Service

Each order you place is a legally enforceable contract. If you do not pick up your order on your pickup day and time, you are still obligated to pay for the items you order.  Canceling an order must be done during the ordering period on the online storefront.  Please do not contact producers to cancel your order.  

All orders are packed and inspected prior to distribution.  A store credit will be issued for any items that are damaged or missing during packing and delivery.   

Customers are required to have a credit card on file even if they are paying with SNAP/EBT.  Customers paying with SNAP/EBT must pay for their order at one of the designated in-person pickup locations.  The credit card on file will be charged if the customer fails to pay with their SNAP/EBT card in person.  

Our goal is to provide the highest quality produce, and we expect our producers to deliver market-grade products. The customer understands that since many of our farmers do not use chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides, fruits and vegetables may not always look "perfect". 

Refund Policy

All orders will be packed and inspected prior to distribution.  If you are unsatisfied with the quality, received a damaged item, or are missing an item in your order, we will issue a store credit given that the damaged or missing items are documented to the market manager in a timely manner.   

We are unable to refund any item purchased with HIP, WIC or Senior FMNP Coupons.   

Refunds are not available for any orders that are not picked up that week.   

Limitation of Liability

The Hilltown Mobile Market shall not be held responsible for any illness or injury occurred while picking up orders at local businesses or community hubs or from consuming products purchased at the market.
